“I highly recommend Lotus spa body in Signal Hill! I’ve been doing their skin tightening and cryogenic cold therapy treatments, and I’ve had a great experience. I have always being very active and have healthy habits but after a surgery I gained weight, this treatment has been helping me go back to being myself again. It’s not a magical overnight process, but when you combine the treatments with healthy eating and regular exercise, the results are definitely worth it. I’ve noticed my belly gradually shrinking and the appearance of my stomach improving over time, just have patience and trust the process.

She was very warm and knowledgeable and explained every step of what she was doing which helped put me at ease because this was my first time getting this type of facial.
