“I have been a client here for several months and have the monthly membership. The office is clean, open, and comfortable. I always make an appointment so I have never had a long wait. They have a large selection of IV therapies and injections. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons. This location is a franchise which they did not disclose when I signed up for membership, which means for my monthly free treatment I have to visit this location. This is inconvenient but not necessarily a deal breaker. Reason 2 is that I scheduled an appointment in advance and when I arrived the office was closed with a note that they did not have enough staff. I can understand staff shortages but I find it unprofessional that they at a minimum did not contact people with appointments to warn them. It cost me 45 minutes in unnecessary driving and inconvenience. It was on this day that I learned this office is not part of corporate so even though I was able to get into the HB office I had to pay. For convenience alone I will probably cancel my membership and re-enroll at corporate where I will have more choices in locations to visit.”
