Any med spa needs you have I highly recommend DermFx Sunset Beach. The staff is incredibly caring, they make you very comfortable. The manager is personable and kind, the nurse practitioners listen to you, and take their time with you to ensure you have the outcomes you are striving for. If you are still thinking about trying something, go for a consult, they will guide you with out pressuring you!

I have been a long time customer at Dermfx and usually visit the Sunset location (which is awesome). However, I was going to be in the Orange area and decided to go to the Orange location for an IPL (and other things, ha ha). I was greeted by Yessenia who was incredibly accommodating and friendly! She numbed me for my IPL and updated me thoroughly on the treatment. Then Nina came in to do my IPL (and other things). Wow! I have been coming to derm fx for 3 years now and visited all of there location. I've had good experiences but more particularly at this location. I called just a few days prior to schedule my appointment and they were able to accomodate for the services I requested.I received a text message reminder which was helpful to just add to my calendar. I live in LA and this is a bit out of the way but because of the customer service and reasonable prices I don't mind the hour drive. Upon arrival I checked in at front desk with Tracy.
