“I want to share my experience as a Deaf POC, since many of the reviews I saw before coming here felt very critical of the staff. Personally, I had a good experience. Some reviews seemed more like “policing” the employees’ actions or attitudes, but from what I’ve seen, many of the problems actually come from pet owners. For example, I’ve witnessed owners dragging their dogs by the leash — that’s not on the employees.

When I brought in my 3–4 month old kitten for an exam, the staff treated me well. The vet I saw (a male doctor) was kind and respectful. The price was on the higher side, but honestly reasonable compared to other vet clinics.

I was initially worried because of the reviews, but I decided to call ahead and let them know I’m Deaf. They worked with me on communication, and that made a big difference. This clinic is close to my home, and I hope to build a good relationship with them over time. If not, I know I can always find another vet — but for now, I feel good about choosing this place.“

“Ryan did Buster’s (cat) shave and was so gentle. Buster can be 22lbs of grouchiness at times but Ryan said Buster never growled“

“We had our first visit with Aspire Vet and it was a great experience. We started off with a work up with Azalea and she was very welcoming and personable. For the exam, Dr. Lam was very thorough and answered all the questions and concerns we had. She recommended what was best for our 11 week old puppy and we left feeling more confident in our care for our puppy. Thank you to Dr. Lam and her staff for a great experience!“

“We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google.

They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, and clearly explained the situation and treatment options. Because the stone was too large to pass naturally, surgery was recommended. They walked us through the procedure, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled surgery for the very next day.

The entire visit took about 3 hours, and we felt our dog was in very good hands the whole time. She is now on the road to recovery, and we’re so grateful for the care she received. We also appreciate that this hospital is closer to home — we’ve definitely found our new vet.

“Vet care pet clinic is the best! I drive from the desert, cause your team is who I trust! Thank you for taking care of my baby! When your vet sits on the floor with your pet to make them comfortable, you just know your in good hands. My doodle has a few lumps so I want to make sure it was nothing serious.
I love that we go through vaccines, my concerns, talk about food, etc. Busy place, but they give you all the time you need.

I took my little dog Dude for an appointment. He has been coming here all his life. It was an exceptionally hot day. I was surprised but not really surprised because I know the staff here at Ohana Veterinarian clinic is always thinking about your precious pet. They had put out a fresh bowl of water for my Dude. I can't say it enough I Love this clinic and every employee. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OHANA VETERINARIAN CLINIC. Update 1/29/26. Once again Ohana Veterinary Clinic has provided my dog Dude with precise care. I never leave wondering what else could they have done. I feel confident and pleased with every visit. He answered all my questions, gave a thorough exam, suggested treatment and gave me pricing for services. I left feeling like I found a great place for Duke's health needs. “i feel like i know of a hidden treasure coming to this place and i almost don’t want to write this review lest anything changes when an influx of people flock! but, you need to know. this place is legitimately the best vet ever. not only are they open basically all day, but their prices are very reasonable, and more than that their staff—especially Chloe, a caretaker for boarding—is phenomenal. i have a deaf blind 75lb puppy w lots of energy and they figured out a way to safely entertain him while i leave him for dayboarding. he literally needs to be dragged out of the facility bc he wants to stay! i just love it here and want to give each and every staff person from receptionist to vet a shout out. “I’ve taken my dog to many vets, and this is by far the best one. My dog had a large benign tumor near his ear that was constantly bleeding and required surgery. Dr. Cho did an amazing job removing it, and my dog’s recovery was quick and smooth.

Before Dr. Cho, we were preparing ourselves to put him down as my dog seemed to be in pain all the time and it was hard for us to see him like that.

Dr. Cho was also incredibly accommodating and supportive as I prepare to fly my dog to Hawaii, which has very strict and detailed pet entry requirements. Even though this was something the clinic had never done before, Dr. Cho went above and beyond by researching everything thoroughly to make sure I could bring my dog with me. He ordered the FAVN Rabies Titer Test and will be issuing my dog’s health certificate prior to arrival in Hawaii.

Throughout the entire process, Dr. Cho has been patient, attentive, and caring. The staff are also great! They're all friendly, professional, and always helpful. It’s unfortunate that my dog will be in Hawaii… otherwise Dr. Cho would absolutely continue to be my dog’s vet.

Also a plus that Dr. Cho’s office is immaculately clean and modern.
