Yesterday was my first experience here. I had the facial and microdermabrasion from Laura. It was EXCELLENT, and I'm 76 and have had many over the years, Laura is my favorite. Do not hesitate to try any of the services her place offers, you will thank me later.
I have experienced hot stone massages before but what I had never experienced was a hot and cold stone massages before. I love this dental office so much. It’s definitely a hidden gem. Vivi always makes it easy to schedule (or reschedule if need be), which is great for me since finding childcare isn’t always easy. Lynn and Arlene are simply amazing. This is why I continue to go here even though I live 30 min away now.
Wow! I LOVE this place. I was terrified of needles but Dr. Bento and Mo made me feel at ease. From the moment I called to make an appointment, Mo assured me on the phone that the needles aren't that bad and it's a relaxing experience. I look forward to my bi-weekly appointments. Mo is so kind and caring. I always feel so welcome when going to my appointments. Dr. Bento listens to all my concerns and helps with recommendations or nutrition. The Chinese herbs have also helped me.

Angela did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I couldn't be happier! We did two trials before the big day, and she was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process, really taking the time to understand what I wanted. She was very responsive and open to trying different looks until we found the perfect one.
On the wedding day, Angela made sure everything was flawless-she took her time to make sure I looked and felt perfect. Beyond her talent, she is incredibly kind and has such a wonderful, positive vibe that made the whole experience even better. I'm so grateful to have had her as part of my big day!

Jamie O’Brien is a miracle worker. I have struggled with acne since I was 12 years old, the deep cystic kind. I had large pores with skin so oily that blotting and reapplying makeup throughout the day to cover my pimples was just part of my everyday life. I tried nearly everything to fix it - Proactiv, Neutrogena, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, witch hazel, heck I was even applying vitamin E gel capsules that I had opened directly to my skin. Nothing worked and I accepted my fate as probably having acne well into my 90s. But then in 2019 I went to Jamie on a friend’s recommendation and she has since absolutely TRANSFORMED my skin!!! Acne - gone! Large pores - nonexistent!! Oily skin - I don’t know her!!! I can actually feel confident leaving my house without having to have a full face of makeup, something I would NEVER EVER have done in the past! But Jamie not only treated my acne, she also helps keep my skin looking young with anti-aging oxygen and collagen facials tailored to my middle-aged skin. She is truly an expert in her field, and a consummate professional. I have been going to her once a month for five years now and she is worth every penny. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
I am thrilled with the experience, service, and cut that I received from Paige at Little Mountain Salon. Paige was easy to book with and communicate with. She listened to my wants and needs and chatted things out so that we were on the same page. I left feeling refreshed and have not loved my hair this much in a LONG time. The salon itself feels like a hidden gem, and Paige felt like I was chatting with an old friend.
Sue is exceptional! And I could not recommend her more highly! I have been going to her for over a year and the difference she has made is incredible. The microcurrent and collagen treatments have refined my jawline, lifted my drooping eyelids, eliminated puffiness under my eyes and smoothed out my wrinkles. My skin has never looked more healthy. Sue makes the client feel very comfortable and at ease. She genuinely listens to your concerns and tailors her treatments to address your specific needs. Finally, Sue is honestly so kind, warm and caring. Grateful to know her!

I've been going to Butterfly Effects Day Spa consistently every 2-3 months for 3+ years. I first started going here because they use Eminence line products which i knew about and loved. Elisa always provides the best facial and my skin looks and feels great after. I also have an eyebrow tint service, which she does a great job. I highly recommend Butterfly Effect and Elisa.
Excellent barber shop! Tons of parking, easy to locate in downtown Sierra Madre. I like that the shop isn't huge inside and I dig the retro vibe. I love that they accept cards for payment which lots of barber shops don't do (though I tip in cash). Best part of the experience was that Andy gave my son a fantastic cut! We'll be back to see him again.

Lien is extremely skilled at her craft and asks all the right questions before she even begins touching your hair — what are your hair goals, what have you done with it in the past, etc. You feel cared for and in the right hands while in her chair.
Apart from delivering on the end product as promised (healthy-looking, beautiful hair), Lien is also incredibly personable and easy to talk to. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable (offers snacks, provides a nifty QR code to quickly connect to WiFi) and has the best playlist to create a great salon vibe.
Most importantly, she stands behind the quality of her services and will go to great lengths to ensure you are happy with the results. I had an unfortunate reaction on my scalp to one of the products used during my balayage service, and when I let her know, Lien was quick to call me to make sure I was okay and got me in ASAP to investigate the issue and provide remedies. She event sent me home with products to continue to treat and manage the problem.
I will 1000% return here and would recommend anyone I know in the area to her for an awesome cut and color, as well as top notch customer service.
My favorite nail salon in Sierra Madre now has non-toxic, long-lasting Dazzle Dry and my new manicure is absolutely flawless. I love coming here and the ladies are always so kind and fun. After coming here for a few years, I no longer want to go anywhere else.

Sierra Madre Dance center is a wonderful place for your child to learn all forms of dance. The teachers are loving and caring but also well trained and eager to mentor your children. They do a great child Nutcracker performance and have a yearly recital. Their prices are not too expensive and the more classes your dancer takes the more discounts they offer. I highly recommend this studio.
John and his crew did an amazing job in our 135 years old house. On top of making several challenging electrical upgrades they wired our LAN cables without making extra holes on the old floor suggested by the cable guys, much appreciated. I highly recommended this experienced and skilled group of professionals.

These ladies were amazing, I had an emergency situation where I needed to have my Dogs orthopedic lift harness repaired. He had broken both of his front legs and managed to chew through his harness. It was the only way I could lift him and it wasn't something that I could just go out and buy another one as it had to be special ordered. The alterations were backed up for almost 2 weeks, and I told them my situation, they called me the next day, and it was ready! I was so touched that they did this for me, I am so grateful, and will never forget their kindness. Thank you!

I had such an amazing experience at Nailtique, especially with KELLY. She truly went above and beyond. She took her time, SHE DID NOT RUSH A THING, paid attention to every detail, and made my nails look absolutely perfect — honestly some of the best work I've ever had done.
What really stood out was her humble, kind customer service. She made me feel comfortable right away, EVEN WITH ME BEING COVERED IN TATTOOS, which meant a lot because I just moved here and was really nervous about trying a new salon. Another one of the women there even offered me water, tea and or Champagne, which just showed how welcoming and caring the whole staff is.
The other aspect was that I like a very specific color and not to sound bougie but.... Well let's just say they they help me find it very graciously and understanding and we found it. In fact, they had a whole block of the same type of nail polish in many shades, which I had never seen.
Their prices were extremely fair for the level of service they provide. I’m genuinely so thankful I took a chance and walked in. I’ve been putting off getting my nails done because I didn’t know where to go, but I’m so glad I found this place.

Have been here many times with my girlfriend over the past years! Ended up going today alone and still the same amazing experience! Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and understanding of your needs. Don’t hesitate to ask for harder pressure or if you need it softer! They are more than accommodating! Love this place and pricing is more fair enough!
