Roxana founded Spirit & Body Work in 2017 and has been providing spa treatments, mobile services, and corporate massages since. She opened a hidden gem in Sierra Madre Foothills in 2019 specializing in Hot/Chilled Stone Massage-Detoxification treatment and Custom Massage integrates Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Triggerpoint Therapy, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, and Sound Therapy. Her method facilitates healing from chronic pain, trauma, and inflammation.
Roxanna is an excellent massage therapist , on that alone I would rate her 5 stars and I highly recommend her. In my experience she is much more. Roxy is a gifted insightful healer with true interest and intention to help and heal. My specific spine and muscle issue and pain have been greatly improved by her work. Beyond that I find the sessions to be near magical. I come away with far more than soothed muscles.I can not recall ever feeling as cared for by a doctor or therapist. My specific back problem is improving but I'm certain I will continue to see Roxyon a regular basis to enjoy the transformative nature of her work. I feel blessed to have found her.
Roxy at Spirit and Body Work is truly the best massage in Los Angeles. I have been getting all types of massage for my entire life, including deep tissue and pressure points, and Roxy's massages are sincerely the best. She is so in tune with bodywork, and is always learning different techniques. One of my favorite parts is the stretching phase she implements - it is the most healing relief ever!
