There is no better place to get a facial than with Sue. She customizes every visit to your skin's needs, which has been super effective as my skin changes with the weather and time. I don't know anyone else who offers this level of specialization. I've been going to her since her previous location pre-pandemic and don't know what I'd do without her. The Pasadena location is convenient and I always walk out feeling refreshed and renewed.

I went to see Sue upon a recommendation from a friend. I don't get facials often so wasn't sure what I needed. She did a consultation with me and recommended a custom facial. Facial was really relaxing and was definitely a great experience. She used various tools/machines on me. There was a red light machine that put me to sleep. She also used an electric current wands that felt like it was pulling and tightening my skin. There was also a really cold wand that felt really refreshing. My skin looked amazing after!
