This review has nothing to do about the hairstylists. It is about the owner/manager, or whatever she is. As in a previous review my experience was with her. A friend of mine was looking for a place to park and saw their Valet sign and thought it was for the surrounding businesses. She met me for lunch at a business next door. It was an honest mistake. But instead of asking her to move her car her valet guy came and said she couldn't be there so he was moving her car. She apologized. When he moved it and brought her keys back the owner came and proceeded to make a scene in the cafe. Yelling and throwing my friends keys on the table. Frankly, this spoke droves of this woman and her horrible people skills and lack of understanding that people DO MAKE Mistakes. Her level of vitriol spat at my friend was well beyond what the situation called for. Frankly, she should be ashamed of how she acted but sadly people like her get off on behavior like this and will never get it until she gets in the face of the wrong person one day. Karma will happen.

My teen daughter and a friend broke down in front of this business. Instead of being a stand up owner. The manger proceeded to curse, yell and call these minors names. Rather than help. When I tried as a mother to discuss on the phone they hung up multiple times and refused to speak to me. What has society turned into when minors are I. Need of assistance and the harass instead of help. This business should be assumed of itself.
