There were three methods Sharon used that I felt were so incredibly healing. First she would push slowly up the calf. Then around the shoulder blades and also back of the neck. It was obvious I had a lot of stress there stored as knots. The special techniques she used specially around my shoulder blades and the back of the neck felt so incredibly pleasurable it was just transcendent.
