The staff Gina and Kyra are gracious and over-the-top accommodating with introductory guidance and a most generous selection of shampoos, conditioners, and helpful accoutrements. The shampoo and conditioner are then attached to the hand-held hose to stream with the water, leaving a free hand to rub and reassure your dog. We are going to be regulars at this superb dog-grooming destination.“
