“Today was our second visit at Chill Baths and I can't say enough good things about Callie and her team. I have a very large anxious dog who was pretty much black listed from all groomers since he bit one out of fear. After a bunch of terrible home cuts I went on a search for a groomer that would consider helping us out. At this point my beautiful pup was a stinky mess! Callie agreed to give it a go and he came out looking a million times better. They were so sweet to him and gave him time to relax. He was also the only dog there which also helped so much. What a difference it made. We actually wanted to pet him again and be close to him. I highly recommend Chill Baths. They will be our pups only groomer as long as they'll have us:-).“

I have two pups - one who is easy going, the other needs sedation (literally for everything).

Jason is great with both of them. But what I appreciate the most, is that he sets expectations for my difficult pup, and is still willing to push as much as he can. And every time my difficult pup comes out, he is still cute!! Jason lets me know where he struggled, and I try to make up where I can at home, but at least he made sure that the money makers (the face) look great. I'm so grateful!

Jason is patient and gentle - I can tell because neither of my pups EVER come home with cuts in their armpits or their sensitive areas - PEOPLE CHECK THE ARMPITS AND FOLDS OF YOUR PUPS - if there are cuts, they are going too fast and THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH JASON!

“I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kong, her medical assistant Carol, and the other staff members at Cotati Small Animal Hospital. Our 12-year-old dog arrived in serious condition, and, while there is no cure for his kidney failure, Dr. Kong came up with a treatment plan that is enabling him to enjoy life again for as long as he has left. His eyes are bright again; he has a little pep; she has helped bring him back from death's door. The folks there all treat our little guy with tenderness and treat us with compassion. Dr. Kong also helped us consider the costs of different treatment paths so we could decide what was right for us. Plus, she calls after hours, after long days treating patients, to give us updates when necessary.“
