So caring and compassionate. I have two older dogs with complex medical needs and they have done nothing but ensure they are safe, comfortable and happy. All the staff is amazing and so gentle with my dogs. Well educated and taught me more about my dogs coats and how I can support them better at home.
Wow! I’ve been a dog owner for decades, but this was my first experience with professional grooming and I am SO impressed! My shepherd-husky mix is in the middle of blowing her coat, and they did an AMAZING job! She’s 9 years old and looks like a pup again! And for a dog (and owner) that’s not used to grooming, the experience was so atraumatic and just…professional! Really grateful, will definitely be back, and so strongly recommend!
Today was our second visit at Chill Baths and I can't say enough good things about Callie and her team. I have a very large anxious dog who was pretty much black listed from all groomers since he bit one out of fear. After a bunch of terrible home cuts I went on a search for a groomer that would consider helping us out. At this point my beautiful pup was a stinky mess! Callie agreed to give it a go and he came out looking a million times better. They were so sweet to him and gave him time to relax. He was also the only dog there which also helped so much. What a difference it made. We actually wanted to pet him again and be close to him. I highly recommend Chill Baths....read full review
