“I have been coming to this community health center for about three years now. The type of care they provide is great. The office experience is always pleasant, seeing Juana is always so nice as she is always so sweet and helpful with any questions or help you might need. They treat you like family and I fully trust the doctors. I think what makes this place a gem though, is their lactation services. Sarah Hollister is a true hero in this community and if anyone is struggling with breastfeeding- she is a total expert with so much professionalism; it's astonishing. Absolutely blessed to have these professionals taking care of me and my family.“

I have had the pleasure of having two acupuncture practitioners there and both have been excellent in thier knowledge and care. I highly recommend Flourish as it lives up to its name. I firmly believe that Dana Carlucci, a specialist in chiropractic care, deserves recognition from Sutter Health for her achievements across various fields. Dana has significantly improved my quality of life, and I continue on a journey of ongoing improvement. “I've lived in multiple states and gone to many Planned Parenthoods for various things. This was my best experience ever! My practitioner, Kathryn Tiano, was so respectful. I've had a number of bad experiences at PP, and I've such become very specific of what I do and don't want done. I'm used to having practitioners argue with me, try to convince me to undergo various procedures, or question me relentlessly about why I want things a certain way. Kathryn never gave me any reason to feel anxious, pressured, or defensive. She simply respected my preferences, and left it at that; or found a creative and kind solution that respected my choices (I didn't want the lube they use on the forceps, so she ran them under some warm water instead. Brilliant!). She also engaged with me honestly about my concerns, taking the time to explore all the possibilities rather than just doing the bare minimum and sending me on my way. I felt like she actually cared and wanted to help me figure out what was going on. It was really amazing, and I would feel GREAT about coming back here for further care or concerns. Everyone there gave me the feeling that they truly care about human beings, and want to engage with kindness and compassion, from the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor. “11/27/2024: Ooooof~I wasn't feeling well . . . AGAIN -- __ -- ! It's AS IF, I have another bout with COVID times THREE! Welp~It's been determined I have severe allergies inundated with asthma breathing problems culminating into shortness of breath~waaaaah! Anyway, the VA Doctor stated just keep using the prescribed medication because there isn't a cure for my suffering. Aside, waiting only took FIVE MINUTES which is absolutely phenomenal! BTW: The Head Nurse was cool, too!“
