This used to be an incredible clinic filled with staff and a care team that truly cared about the mental and physical health of their patients. My most recent experience, a front desk girl laughed at me while I was crying. They are not trauma informed which causes more harm and I got to experience this first hand.

Ya one star slow to send any orders for lab work or inhalers. Often sends a referral and never follows up. They do not prescribe prep or do any type of hiv preventative treatment. They don't send epi pen orders to the right pharmacy and they never verify if the pharmacy they send to is appropriate for what they send.
