The Petaluma Health Center offers a variety of experiences for its patients. Some individuals report great service, while others find the process of obtaining medical files confusing and frustrating. The center is currently at capacity for Denti-Cal patients and does not accept new adult patients, leading to long wait times for Medi-Cal appointments. However, those with children appreciate the dentists and staff, who make the experience enjoyable for kids. Recently, there have been improvements in phone call responses, making it easier for patients to connect with the office. Once patients are in the network, they find the healthcare services to be excellent, especially with tools like the My Chart App. Additionally, the center provides acupuncture services with Yasiman Ayat, who is dedicated and well-educated, and has received praise from long-term patients.
Everyone is really nice and helpful but doctors and staff really need to slow down and double check the dosages and pharmacies they are writing and sending prescriptions to. It’s really annoying when they can’t get multiple things right and I can’t get my proper prescription.
The doctors are OK, but they cancelled my appointment twice, without any explanation, but just sent me a text message saying we have to cancel. It is frustrating and I will not go there anymore for health care.
5 stars for Dr. Paige Ely. Great doctor who really cares about their patients. Spent extra time with me providing local resources and addressing as many issues as we had time for. Thank you for all you do.
