It had great service but it got confusing when it came to getting my medical file over. They asked for it printed. I handed them the massive printed file...then they wanted just the important files... but by email because they said no one is going to take the time to go thru one person's massive file.... and just getting the correct email was a hassle...to this day I have no idea if they got it or not...
Hope you don't need much cuz their Denta-Cal load is at capacity & not accepting new patients.Medi-Cal side is a 8 week wait for even a Meet & Greet appointment . PHCCA has cancelled twice now.
Definitely recommend 100%. ... My kids actually love coming to the dentist now, it's unbelievable since before they actually hated going but switching them to Rohnert Park Health Center was the best thing I could've done. So far all the dentist that my kids have seen have been so nice they explain to them why it's important to take care of their teeth & the assistants are soooo sweet. We are very happy coming here.. 10 thumbs up FOR SURE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED......
