“A-Friggin-Mazing!!! After contacting many many agencies only to find that most have a very broad, cookie cutter approach to treatment I was left feeling daunted. Almost like, is it even worth the effort, time and expense? Are my needs going to be addressed as an individual? One more over the phone quote for $6,000 and I just might blow my brains out! (That's a joke, please don't flag my review). So that's when I found Jenée at North Bay Laser. She was friendly, informative, and most of all an actual human who understands that I, as well, am a human and not just another number to be crunched. She set me up with Hugo, a nurse on staff. Our session went great. He was easy to talk to, professional, and attentive. I had a few concerns throughout and when I brought them to his attention he was quick to accommodate or explain in detail why he was doing things in a certain way. I have had experiences in the past where I was afraid to express doubts for fear that I would receive inferior service for doing so. Not the case here.
