I could not recommend Bolt Down more! Not only did the gentlemen, who came out to do the work for my mother-in-law, do an incredible job but they were friendly and considerate as well. Cortney, in the office, was, and is, a breath of fresh air; Incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind.

Bolt Down the Bay Area is a great company to deal with. They made the earthquake retrofit process on our breeze a breeze. The guys that came out were extremely professional and did a magnificent job.The city inspector that came out to sign-off on the final inspection even said that they did great work when compared to other companies. He told me that other companies would do the bare minimum to pass inspection.I've recommended them to my brother, and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of retrofit service.I'm really happy we went with BDBA.

Communication with Cortney and with the team during the retrofit was great. The people who did the work were thorough, courteous and left the property completely clean. They also went "beyond the call," removing lint from the crawlspace that had accumulated over time due to a faulty exhaust pipe from our dryer. We were very appreciative of their willingness to protect our home. Thank you!!
