“After reading these reviews I was hesitant to schedule an appointment . However , when I called they answered the phone . I was able to schedule an appt within the month .. day of my appointment , I was scheduled at 4 , and I was in the area in the morning .. i called to see if there's anyway they can see me . And sure enough I was squeezed in .. they were more than accommodating , I saw the PA ( I can't remember the names , I'm horrible at name recalling ) .. however both the PA and the MA we're extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable .. overall great experience .. Everyone tends to post when they have a "negative" experience .... People should hear about the positives as well !“

In booking appointments and asking questions, West Dermatology had the WORSE service and availability. I was really impressed by Alexis S. the receptionist who books and schedules appointments. She was friendly and went far and above to answer questions and helping me get the soonest appointment. You're staff say a lot about your office and how you do business.
