The staff seems nice, but as far answering problems is another story. My problem has been that i was prescribed medication that i felt was too expensive and called their office several times to get a new prescription and im totally frustrated that my request has not been addressed and my condition continues to get worse. I would not recommed this medical group to anyone else!!!
Horrible office pick another location it took a month to get a prescription, the Dr ordered the same blood test 2x then called that they found the test but never sent the prescription order you can’t even call to ask questions so unorganized so hard to reach some one

I arrived early for my appointment and checked in at the front desk, clearly stating I had a 2:00 pm appointment. I was asked for my name and told to sit and wait—no clarification, no confirmation.
After 20 minutes of watching patients who arrived after me get called, I had to go back up and ask if I had even been checked in. That’s when I was told my appointment was actually at 3:00 pm.
