There are “critically” far too many messages regarding my appointment.Emails, texts and phone calls.You must think your patients are stupid!The patient care is all that brings me back!
From start to finish, my visit was all comfort based in the form of kind, respectful, positive and upbeat staff as well as Dr. Tabibian putting me at ease and being so careful in doing a biopsy so quickly. I was grateful the entire experience was smooth and considerate of my concerns. I do not hesitate to recommend Advanced Dermatology. I do give a shout out to the nurse who was so cheerful which completely allayed my fears. So sorry I cannot remember her name! I came in the morning on Monday 2/5/24. Hopefully, you know who you are!
This was my 2nd time having a procedure by Dr. Quint Skipton. Both were for removing large cysts that had grown on my face - one on my jaw, another under my cheek. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Skipton and his staff. He is extremely warm, kind, funny, professional, and experienced. You will feel immediately at ease with him, he has a wonderful bedside manner and his staff are compassionate, organized, and good listeners, with helpful advice. My latest cyst had been growing for 2 years while I was out of state in New Mexico. I couldn’t find one doctor to help me, no one would operate on the cyst in my cheek.
