The office itself is ok, staff is friendly, it's the individual Doctors that we should be able to review! My daughter just left the office and wanted to cry because Dr. Fulwider was so rude to her and we still don't have answers, looked at a mole that was growing back and the answer from the doc was: I don't care, they might've not gotten everything! Like who does that? My daughter was told that if it's growing back, to come back!!!! And no it was gone all the way cause she showed me after they took it off the first time!!!If you hate your job that much don't be a doctor! There is a reason they currently have a 3 stars on Yelp. They are one of the worst in term of service. Every time I call, I am on hold for 5-10 minutes. Also they charged me a copay and submitted to insurance for a visit which was just for a filler and had nothing to do with insurance. I have called their billing department but they refuse to refund. I called 5 times to talk to the doctor so the doctor can make it clear to them that the charge should be reversed but they wouldn't let me talk to the doctor.I told them that I will call my insurance, I will call the state insurance commissioner and will leave a bad review on Yelp. I think the negative reviews came from a few years ago, perhaps with different staff. Both my appointments I was able to get in within a few days of calling. My provider was very attentive and helpful and overall was a great experience dealing with the office.
