I’ve been to this office several times and have had wonderful experiences every single time. The doctor is thorough and kind. The supportive staff is friendly and easy to deal with. I’ve been to other dermatologists that were horrible. I am so grateful to have found this place. When I was looking for a new dermatologist I had two different people recommend this place. I’m astonished by all of the bad reviews. I’ve been seeing dermatologists for over 30 years since my first skin cancer was diagnosed when I was 19. I would recommend coming here if you want good care.
The office itself is ok, staff is friendly, it's the individual Doctors that we should be able to review! My daughter just left the office and wanted to cry because Dr. Fulwider was so rude to her and we still don't have answers, looked at a mole that was growing back and the answer from the doc was: I don't care, they might've not gotten everything! Like who does that? My daughter was told that if it's growing back, to come back!!!! And no it was gone all the way cause she showed me after they took it off the first time!!!If you hate your job that much don't be a doctor! And if you had a bad say - suck it up buttercup, we're coming to you for help, we don't need sarcasm! And I def don't wanna hear that my child wanted to cry!Now Dr. Eragi was amazing!!! We will never go to Dr. Fulwider again!
There is a reason they currently have a 3 stars on Yelp. They are one of the worst in term of service. Every time I call, I am on hold for 5-10 minutes. Also they charged me a copay and submitted to insurance for a visit which was just for a filler and had nothing to do with insurance. I have called their billing department but they refuse to refund. I called 5 times to talk to the doctor so the doctor can make it clear to them that the charge should be reversed but they wouldn't let me talk to the doctor.I told them that I will call my insurance, I will call the state insurance commissioner and will leave a bad review on Yelp. Then the doctor call me but I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up. The doctor said, they will try to refund my copay but I was banned fromThat office. I wouldn't go back there if they would do everything for free!!!Don't go to this place there are much better facilities with stellar reviews on Yelp.
