“Our German Shepherd, Kona, is a very large (100 lb) and anxious dog, having been a stray before we adopted him at an estimated 10 months. Dr. Tamara Abraham was wonderful with him, allowing all treatments (examination, vaccines, blood draw and nail trim) to be done in the exam room, avoiding the severe separation anxiety he experiences when taking him into the back alone. We had anticipated that we might not be able to get Kona to tolerate everything needed in one visit, but Dr Abraham and her assistant proceeded so confidently and compassionately that it was accomplished.
