“Incredibly caring and competent staff. The waiting room is much better than other vet hospitals I've been. They do a good job of spacing their appointments and taking people on time. The waiting room is comfortable to wait in and you never have to wait more than a few minutes.“
“I have brought my Golden Retriever to Adobe since I moved here five years ago and I am fortunate to have them nearby. The front office is friendly and responsive when I call or bring my dog in. Dr. Bannerman is Cooper's vet and she is great with him and very responsive to calls, email, and during visits. Because of the people, he loves going to the vet even if it includes shots or exams.“

“We love not having our more shy pets stress out about going to the vet. Marc is great about telling us what the animals need and doesn’t upsell us on services and treatments that are not unnecessary. Things have been a little hectic for vets with the pandemic surge of adoptions, so we’ve had to be a little more proactive in getting info and services, but that’s been common across the industry. These guys are handling a trying time better than most.“
“Thank goodness for Dr Nicki DVM at the Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital . I brought my 8 month old Boxer mix ,Rocky, in the early evening on a Sunday. Rocky had gone into sneezing fits after digging in some dirt. Dr Nicki DVM skillfully removed a thorn from deep inside Rocky"s left nasal passage. We really appreciate the wonderful attention that our pets get at the SCVH,and thank you again Dr Nicki, for a job well done.“

Dr. Wells is also world class with an incredible bed-side manner to match. This office does not talk down to you or look to nickel and dime you for every little thing. The front office is always professional and courteous, some of the best customer service I have experienced when it comes to veterinary care. As a client you really feel like they are listening to your concerns as you are never rushed. When it comes to surgery or getting a second opinion, my brother drives his dog 6 hours just to come to Harbor Vet. That's how special this place is.“
