I was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered :) Staff member explained to me what we would be doing today, she informed me of what my insurance covered and also of my co-pays , she made everything (in financial perspective) very clear and i felt comfortable proceeding with the appointment. I am very picky about optometrists because I have worn glasses or contacts for about 60 years and know the difference between a good doctor and a not so great doctor. He is great! They wanted to charge a $100 restocking fee just to change them, and after I’d already paid at my appointment, I received another unexpected $26 bill for a service I didn’t know about.
