I brought my 91-year-old step dad in and, honestly, I was a little nervous about how an elderly patient would be treated. I shouldn't have worried. Everyone at Canyon Eye Center was kind, caring, and genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in.
Dr. Schreick is wonderful — down to earth and clearly cares about her patients. When I called to make the appointment, she actually answered the phone herself. The technician was highly knowledgeable and thorough as well. I highly recommend this office, especially if you're looking for a place that treats older patients with real patience and respect.
I would just like to say that my first visit to the Eye Center was great! Dr Schreick really was very friendly and professional. I would like to share that the most important part when you order your prescription glasses ...1 st Dr. She is great doctor ! Teresa was doing the best customer care but NOW in 2022 You have to be sure Eduard will assist you with your optcions and everything you need because he is professional and very honest ? ! He resolved my case and complaint in 48 hrs! Another new lady was very rude and sent the wrong prescription and told me WHATEVER
