I live in Michigan. We were on vacation in California. My son misplaced his glasses. Amber took care of us. She answered my phone calls no less than 3 times with poise and care. We came in for glasses. My son left happy. We also got the glasses in less than 30 minutes. And for an incredibly affordable price. They say that everyone wants quality, speed, and affordability but you can only pick 2 of the 3. Valencia optometry gave me all 3.
Amazing service, so so helpful, especially Miracle helping me pick out a frame. It’s a “Miracle” she was there !! 🤣 Love my new glasses.
I had an appointment this morning and I can not say enough how Sona was so helpful and patient in assisting me pick out a new pair of frames. I never once felt rushed by Sona, she picked out some frames that all were great and shared her opinion as to which pair complemented my features. Kind, professional and very knowledgeable are the qualities that Sona demonstrated this morning.
