I visited Dr. Hovhannisyan‘ s office today for the first time . I loved their professionalism and kindness . Both the staff and the Doctor himself , were very caring and positive . Special thanks to Alejandra ,(Allie ) who listened to my concerns very patiently and recommended the best glasses for me 😊.I will definitely recommend Dr. Hovhannisyan To all of my family members for their eye care . Thank you so much !
1st and best experience, I've never had glasses before, but they were so warm and inviting. As I was being assessed, they greeted customers who came in by name, I was impressed. My experience was so positive, I bragged to a colleague of mine, on how transparent and upfront they were, and he went in and was just as satisfied if not more. My colleague told me that this would be his new optometrist. They're also mines as well.
If you want to be treated like a favorite relative by a staff of skilled professionals, Mission Family Optometry is the place for you. I have tried several other places in the last forty years and am happy to have found these folks. They will work with you until you are satisfied with your glasses. It matters to them that the customer leaves happy.
