“Walked in, saw a pair of glasses, paid, and went home. Quick and easy process. Got home to try on my new find and a lens was floating around in the case. My initial thought was, "Oh they put in a spare lens, that's unique." Then, I realized the pair was actually broken and I hadn't even touched the frame yet.
