Update 2-20-24 Tarpy has been maintaining these systems for 4 years now. This has included routine annual maintenance and on about 4 occasions they were needed to effect repairs to the units. Overall they are pretty responsive. Not always perfect, but they make a very good effort and the units get serviced without a lot of aggravation that is so common in the service industries today. One thing of note with Trane is that the customer is always serviced by their dealer network. there is no direct technical support from Trane to homeowner, so you need a good company you can rely on. Technician called 30 min . before arrival introduced himself ,I explained my problem , he proceeded to inspect where the water leakLeak was coming from , took pictures and explained to me where the leak was probablyComing from, gave me a price for repair, which Iagreed to. He was very courageous and toldme about other services his company offered.
