About Limalama DKS - Karate - Self Defense - Modern Martial Arts Santee

Limalama DKS is a family-oriented karate, self-defense, and modern martial arts studio. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, patient, and care about their students. They provide structure and discipline appropriate for all age and learning levels. Students learn the art of discipline, along with courage and respect, while gaining the skill and confidence to protect themselves. The dojo is a highly recommended place to start a martial arts journey, noted for helping children grow in confidence. A minor con is that the dojo can get crowded during class transitions.

My 3-year-old has been practice karate at DKS for the past two months and is loving it! She has already learned so many skills and enjoys going to every class. All of the instructors are amazing with kids, super knowledgeable, and friendly. I love this family owned and operated studio!

Started taking my little girl to Limalama DKS and I am very happy with my decision. I drive all the way south from work to bring my daughter here all the way back just so that she can have the Dearie experience. Worth the drive!

Our son really enjoys the teachers and students. The classes provide structure and discipline in a way that’s appropriate for their age groups, which is a real plus.
