Great personal attention from white belts on up. Knowledgeable instruction for joy Jitsu as well as striking. Jeremy runs a great program for all ages and abilities in a non intimidating environment.

This is truly a great gym and a welcoming family of practitioners. My son started here when his gym closed down during Covid and was welcomed right away. I ended up starting as well and it is a great father / son activity with my teenage boy. Great for mind, body and spirit!
