Highly recommend. We were replacing 1960s windows. Very reasonable cost, scheduling etc. They were great to work with even as we were difficult on scheduling, how many windows, etc.
Great experience with Jack Smith Glass. Front office is very friendly, if they can't answer a question for you they will get it for you. Crew showed up twice, once to measure and once to install, both times they showed up when they said they were going to show up. They were professional and polite, thanks everyone!
We hired Jack Smith Glass & Sash to do a job which included fixing old wooden windows (our house was built in 1905), replacing some dual-paned windows, and installing a glass shower enclosure. They knew what they were doing, did a great job on everything were friendly, and took the time to fully fix our wooden windows carefully. It was especially nice since we had difficulty finding anyone who was knowledgeable and willing to work on old wooden windows, and they clearly knew the details of how they function and what to do to repair them.
