Incredible experience. From the first interview with Dr Goldhammer it was precision. The staff is knowledgeable, happy in there position and extremely welcoming. Every day was smiles, greetings from staff and explanations of your program from clinicians. I knew every step of my fast what was normal, what was not and how to proceed. Bravo to you all. The world needs a lesson from you.

Just went back for another round of water fasting. Great experience. It's not a fancy hotel but if you're committed to improving your health, you'll probably get more help here than in most health systems in the US.
