Although Russ comes off as a personable guy, he failed to disclose (as is required by law) that he had knowledge that the house he sold us had a history of flooding. We had to take him to arbitration (which we won handily) to get him to pay for flood remediation. Much of the other work done on the house was poor quality, necessitating expensive repairs.
