I have been going to studio fitness and training with Tim Rogers for over 2 years. Tim is a wonderful Trainor and person.He has taught me so much. I look forward To my workouts and him training me hard. The gym is amazing, it offers so much. I love seeing everyone trainers and clients when I go in. The energy is wonderful

Studio Fitness is not your ordinary gym.This fitness center is special. The trainers are ALL very positive, friendly, encouraging, inclusive, and motivating. The environment is inviting and gives you a community- a family-like feeling. My personal training with Lida Vrbovcova experience has been nothing, but positive, encouraging, and amazing! Lida is extremely attentive to my needs and is incredibly engaging with my progress and health and fitness journey!
