This guy drew plans for me and put the house 5 ft from the fence line , after I submit to city it got kicked back because 10 ft is the proper so he charged me for fixing this , then after plans were revised I submitted again only to find out he didn’t put the number of bedrooms and bathrooms on design plans , so I submitted again and it gets kicked back again , he charges me to put the number of bdrms and baths on the new set of plans , fyi watch out with this guy , will never use again too many mistakes which he charges for , but somehow he tells me it’s not his fault when he’s been doing this for 20 yrs he says , if that’s the case he should...read full review

We employed Rick to design our dream home. We be had ideas that he was able to execute and enhance. Rick is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. His fees are very reasonable . His temperament and demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. He made us feel that we were his top priority. We recommend Rick Bolduc with great enthusiasm

We are a group of parents creating a community in Cloverdale where our disabled children are to live out their lives in community with each other. We have several houses on our site to remodel. Rick Bolduc was referred to us by our General Contractor. We had a situation where we were bouncing between two different homes based on when the present tenants were to vacate. This caused us to have Rick start, and stop the design/drawing process, for each of the houses several times. We found Rick flexible and amiable during the entire process. Rick has intimate knowledge of several aspects of construction, he is a former framing carpenter, and was a principal in a cabinet shop. He knows how buildings go together. As an aside, we have monthly "Ranch parties" (pre-COVID) where the families come together to visit and get to know each other. Rick who is quite the musician, offered to come and perform for us. He has taken time out of his schedule to visit with us at our Ranch parties, which to me, is going above and beyond. Rick is top shelf. He provides timely designs, great service and good value.
