We are a group of parents creating a community in Cloverdale where our disabled children are to live out their lives in community with each other. We have several houses on our site to remodel. Rick Bolduc was referred to us by our General Contractor. We had a situation where we were bouncing between two different homes based on when the present tenants were to vacate. This caused us to have Rick start, and stop the design/drawing process, for each of the houses several times. We found Rick flexible and amiable during the entire process. Rick is a great, honest guy who really loves what he does. He has drawn many plans and excels at it. If you are ever in need of an addition on your home, by all means, call him! He will make you happy!! Recommended A+++
