Love our new a retractable screens! I'd show you a photo but you seriously can't even see they are closed. I'm so glad Robert recommended the one big screen for our French doors. And we put in another retractable for our new front door. Everything was wide open and feeling glorious in our house last night and for the first time in a non TV, no flies. Robert was the most responsive out of everyone we contacted. Another guys was recommended to us and I called and emailed and nothing. Out of four people I contacted I appreciated the way Robert explained things and we are happy as can be!

Bob was polite and responded to my inquiry within a couple of hours. His prices were right on par with the competition, but he was able to arrange installation within a week while others said it would be 3-4 weeks out. I like being able to see the varieties of Genius Retractable Screens on his website and select one that works for us. He installed screens on our front and back doors in a couple of hours, explained everything well, and did it all with a smile. We love the screens and would definitely recommend Haas Screens!

The handle on my retractable screen door came a little loose and slipped to the bottom. I called the company that installed it and discovered they were no longer in business, but their phone number had been bought by Haas. The gentleman I spoke with said he always leaves an allen wrench with his customers, so they can tighten the handle if needed. He asked for my address and said he'd send me one. And he did! With the right tool, the handle was easy to tighten. Finally, I can use my door again! Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to send the wrench.
