The clinic is known for its excellent care, even in emergency situations. The staff is patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to concerns and provide clear instructions. They prioritize the well-being of animals and offer reassurance to anxious owners.
The clinic is praised for its affordability and the trust that clients have in the veterinary team. Clients have noted the kindness and care shown towards their pets and themselves. However, the clinic has also faced criticism regarding the attitude of some front-end staff, with reports of rude and condescending behavior. Despite this, the veterinarians at RVC are highly regarded for their genuine desire to help and their commitment to the well-being of the animals in their care.
Dr Garza helped my pet during an emergency. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment in my area our vets are so busy, and after hours 24 hour emergency care is a crucial need in my area unfulfilled so having good Dr's like her even a drive away, is a relief as a pet owner. Thankfully my emergency wasn't life threatening and my pet should make a full recovery.
We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the entire staff at this emergency vet clinic. We came to them during two of the most stressful and emotional moments a pet owner can face, first when our dog needed emergency surgery, and later when we brought our cat in and ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye.
During both visits, the staff was professional, patient, and truly kind. I never write reviews but I wanted to write this to thank all of the staff at this clinic. Our dog Shadow had an episode a few days ago and was struggling to breathe so we took her here and they immediately treated her with the utmost care and saved her life! Now she is back home and is on medication and being seen by a vet cardiologist. I feel so grateful that the staff handled this situation so effectively as this was such a stressful period for my family. I definitely recommend taking your pets here for any emergency - they are very thorough and take action without hesitation.
