Our furnace started having issues on a Friday when I was out of town. My husband called all around and of course couldn't find anyone to come out. But he didn't call Crunk's. After I got back to town I called them first thing Monday morning. Darrel called me back later that morning. I explained what was going on with our furnace. He said he had appointments already scheduled in Healdsburg, but assured me that he would get over to us later that day and would call us first. He did all of those things and was able to diagnose the problem and fix our furnace same day for a reasonable price. Thank you!!!
