The staff is amazing, great, positive, kind, helpful, patient, respectful, and competent, going above and beyond to provide the help needed. The evidence-based treatment program is structured and informative, with very good groups that prepare patients for life outside. The environment is caring with 24/7 support, allowing the use of phones and laptops. Many felt great, emotional, and healed, working a lot on their wellbeing and goals. It is highly recommended as a helpful step-down level of care where individuals can dive in and feel caught.
