Cindy is renowned for her knowledge, talent, and attentiveness and it comes through in every session. Sadhana Health is the best physical therapy provider I've ever experienced. After my lifetime of dedicated, passionate participation in various sports and fitness activities, I'm now a 71 year-old with a bunch of healing and recovery in front of me. From a torn achilles, two knee replacements, a lumbar laminectomy, and two shoulder replacements, I'm needing therapy and recovery all over the place.
