Neha is a uniquely gifted physical therapist. She has a deep understanding of how the body works and is very creative in developing individualized programs that are safe and effective. I had an acute and very painful back injury that required surgery. Neha treated me before the surgery, which helped me recover more rapidly and with less pain. I have been going to her regularly since the surgery and now am back to full unrestricted activities with no pain or discomfort. Indeed, my core strength, flexibility, and balance are better than ever. Neha deserves all of the credit for that. I give her my highest recommendation.

Neha is the finest PT I have ever worked with. This is a yoga based approach. Adapted and specific to each person. The stretching, strength, stamina and flexibility is remarkable. It's work, absolutely but the results are wonderful. I've done a lot of PT in my life and I look forward each time to working with Neha.
