We started working with Daniele in October 2025 before closing on our first home in March 2026, and from start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, communicative, and reliable. Tracey Kardash made our home-buying experience a complete walk in the park. She balances authentic care and warmth with her extreme sharpness and professionalism (she knows so much!), and will always look for the best options for the buyer. When we first took a look at the property, Tracey was literally on her hands and knees to check out the foundation work, and she'd climb up to check out areas of the house we couldn't see easily from the ground.

Julie and her team were amazing to us and helped us for the best home. She is the most patient agent we have worked with. We spent about 6 months looking to purchase the right home, and she stuck with us 100% of the time (even when we went on vacation for a few weeks)! She does not apply any pressure to the buyers. She is very knowledgeable and forthcoming about all the details of the home buying process. For us, we were deciding between two different homes, and we ultimately chose the less expensive one.
