Very hard to get an appointment here. Long phone wait times to speak to a live person. Some staff members such as Ursula were quite helpful but limited due to facility taking on more patients than they can handle. Others put you on hold to answer a simple question such as what does a preliminary visit include and then they can’t answer the question and are annoyed to be asked information. I finally got an appointment weeks later and was then called to post phone it 2 months later due to a, “scheduling issue!” Do not recommend. I went through my insurance and changed to another provider and was able to make appointments in the same week. Very frustrating.
