About Venice Family Clinic - Simms/Mann Health Ctr
Venice Family Clinic - Simms/Mann Health Center is a medical facility that offers services including lab tests and a Suboxone program for those battling opiate addiction. Patients often experience wait times of about 20-30 minutes, especially if they have early morning appointments. The staff at the pharmacy and lab are described as kind, helpful, and very nice. Patients appreciate the attentive care from doctors like Dr. Pappas and Dr. Cedarblom, and many find the overall experience positive. The clinic is conveniently located close to home, making it easy to visit multiple times a month for medical needs and medication refills. Some patients prefer to message their doctors through the portal rather than calling, as phone calls can take a long time. The dental services provided here are also highly praised, with Dr. Loi being noted for her gentle and kind approach. She identified high blood pressure and made a dental plan, helping patients feel comfortable despite fears of dental visits. Overall, the clinic is known for its compassionate care, guidance through discharge processes, and its role as a vital part of the Venice community.
I had my first visit today and had an annual exam. Everyone was so nice and polite, from the security guard to the receptionist and medical team (nurse, doctor, lab tech, concierge). Everyone was knowledgeable and caring.
I love the Venice Family Clinic at Pico Blvd.
Staff are amazing, everything is neat and clean! They work very well! The doctor Kate Coursey are very well educated and knowledgeable!
Thank you!
This is the only Venice family clinic I go to. I’ve heard some harsh things about other locations but I’ve never had issues here. My doctor is great, the wait is your typical 20-30 mins. I always get early morning appointments. I use their pharmacy and the staff is kind and helpful. I’m very familiar with their lab staff and they are so nice. Overall I’m pretty happy. The only thing I try to avoid at all cost is the phone calls. I use the portal to message my doctor because calling the clinic to schedule or talk to staff could take 1-2hrs so go in instead or use portal for sure.
