I love Phoenix Classical Pilates. It has a community vibe which I'm happy to be a part of. All of the instructors are well excellent and the classes are intimate giving each person individual attention and guidance. The perfect studio to get the best pilates workout and come away feeling good about yourself.
Phoenix is a great studio, the trainers have years of experience. They offer in studio and Zoom classes.Molly, owns and runs the studio. She shows you and explains the exercises well, but doesn't over explain!She is passionate about her work and will help you get and stay motivated.I highly recommend her private sessions and group classes, as well as all the instructors.
Molly and her team are the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you ?. Never did pilates before we meet Molly and now I feel more confident in body awareness and movement, more strength and less pain.
