    I highly recommend Shevi as a Gyrotonics instructor. She is incredibly dedicated and professional, and consistently delivers outstanding classes both in person and on Zoom.Shevi has the ability to provide clear instructions, making it easy to follow and get the most out of each session, especially in the virtual setting.     I took a workshop with Shevi a few weeks ago. It was mind blowing. Since the class I have started learning more about fascia and combining that with the things I've learned from Shevi have been able to help make huge shifts in my patients pain. I am so grateful that I took this workshop and would love to do more if I get the opportunity.

    I was just given one of the best gifts in my life by Shevi and Betty. The fact that our bodies are Miracles. Each tiny precision movement connects our neuromuscular system. This is most important for balance, posture, body alignment and breathing. Whatever your starting point, we can design a program tailored to your needs that will guide you on a path to rebuilding strength and balanced movement that will reduce pain and stiffness and allow you to enjoy a fuller more active life. At Body Rhythm we train movement. Each program is personalized to your ability level to ensure proper form for an effective workout that rebuilds function and correct form and allows you to master progressively challenging exercises.
