We checked into Le Méridien Santa Monica on Sunday, July 21, after leaving another hotel chain where we felt uncomfortable. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our best friend's birthday. From the moment we walked through the doors, Tracy, the front desk representative, greeted us with the warmest welcome. Her friendly and professional demeanor instantly made us feel at ease and genuinely cared for, as if we were meant to be there. Tracy went above and beyond to make our stay special. When she asked what brought us to town, we mentioned our celebrations. Without hesitation, she brought out champagne to add to our festivities, making us feel truly celebrated and appreciated. Her thoughtful gesture set the tone for the rest of our stay. We stayed for three nights, and the other staff members were equally wonderful. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The concierge service and valet were also incredible. If you're looking for five-star treatment in an elegant hotel, Le Méridien Santa Monica is the place to stay.
