This was my first time in this store. Carlos was the sweetest person to take his time to show me leisure wear to handcream and candles. The clothes are extremely soft and comfortable. Their prices are comparable to other stores in the area.

I live to shop here. I could not love Alo more. It is almost all I wear. On top of that the people who work at the Alo store are outstanding. The sales girl from Marina Del Rey who lives at the Pearl building helped me on the phone today around 1:45. I was confused about an online order. She was so helpful and for that reason I will always stand by Alo. It's the whole experience. The sales girls also got me hooked on the skin care which I knew nothing about. I'm already a loyal customer, however there is nothing better than a good employee and an end to end experience. I feel so welcomed and it really feels like they believe in the brand and the customer. Namasta

Storefront gets a 10 stars but service is a 3. Employees seem to be all doing their own thing and customer service isn’t a priority. Didn’t get help or acknowledgment until I was at the counter with item in hand. The real shame is I’m sure there was a manager on the floor.
