I had such a wonderful first experience at European Wax Center in Santa Monica. Joelle was so kind, made me feel comfortable & at ease, and my appointment was so quick! I’ll definitely be back soon!Service: Brazilian waxing
Sandra is amazing!!! Honestly all of them who work there are (I’ve tried everyone) but she’ll spend extra time literally getting every hair. I’ve never experienced someone so perfect, meticulous, and pleasant to be around. She has great tips for ingrown hairs too. But yeah cannot express enough how great she is - she’ll do extra strips just to get a few hairs. My hairs are blonde so really easy to miss for a lot of waxers but she’ll get them all every time. 10/10
First time coming to this location. Everything was very clean. Staff friendly. I booked with Joelle. She made the experience quick and as painless as possible & they were flexible enough to accommodate me earlier than my appointment time.
