About Berkeley Barbers
Berkeley Barbers (formerly Angelo's Barbershops) offers professional and high-quality haircut services. Customers praise the friendly and welcoming staff, as well as the clean and well-styled cuts. The business provides appointment options and senior discounts, making it a reliable choice for those seeking a satisfactory grooming experience. The shop has a great vibe, with excellent cutters like Edna and Frank, who have been cutting hair for many years. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly, and the shop maintains a classic look that feels like stepping back in time. Regular customers appreciate the personalized service, the well-priced cuts, and the shop's ownership by barbers themselves, not a chain. Whether for a trim or a low-fade, Berkeley Barbers remains a favorite for men in the area.
What a gem! First off the interior of this barbershop is so cool, I feel like I stepped back in time and my daughter had a blast looking through the toys and magazines while big brother got his cut. But most importantly Tony was awesome! I have been cutting my 14 year old's hair for years because we've had way too many bad haircuts but Tony has put an end to that, kiddo looks so sharp and ready for graduation and he was really kind and engaging with my teen while he worked. We will DEFINITELY be back!
I've been to plenty of high & low-end places to get my haircut here in LA - Berkeley Barbers is my favorite spot. I'm a man in my mid 30's & typically get a low-fade cut. Edna does a great job! She leaves me clean-cut every time. My partner agrees, says it's the perfect blend of what's on trend but also conservative. They're well priced. Regular customer now, thanks!
Frank at Berkeley Barbers has been cutting my hair for a decade. He listens to what his customers want and always does a great job. Call in advance to find out his availability at 310-828-1111. I've been going there since 1996. I like supporting Berkley because the Barbers own the shop, not a chain like Floyd's. And the place looks like you have stepped back in time sixty years.
